BETTENDORF, IOWA (September 17, 2026) — National League of Cities (NLC) Immediate Past President and Athens, Ohio, Mayor Steve Patterson will address local leaders from across Iowa at the Iowa League of Cities Annual Conference on Thursday, September 24, at the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf. The annual conference brings together municipal leaders from across the state for education, networking, and discussions about the issues affecting Iowa communities.
