EAST MOLINE, ILLINOIS (January 26, 2023) — QC Fit Fest announces tickets are now available for online purchase for their 2023 Expo at QCFitFest.com QC Fit Fest is a community event, February 18 and 19, designed for all ages to engage with local experts and learn more about health, fitness, nutrition, and athletic performance, no matter where you are on your health journey.

From yoga and weightlifting to kickboxing and virtual reality-based games, to a variety of demos and interactive vendors.’ said Chris Maltsburger, Founder. We combine fun, interaction, and education at QC Fit Fest.
Special Guests: WWE’s Buff Bagwell, Kickboxing Legend Don “The Dragon” Wilson, UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich and Dance-It-Out sensation Billy Blanks Jr
QC Fit Fest has a huge line-up of Special Guests this year. Each one is offering private classes both days sharing their expertise. We are holding a meeting-‘n-greet with Buff Bagwell, former WWE sensation. Don Wilson is a world-renowned martial artist, actor, and instructor and will be teaching you kickboxing, drawing from his wealth of knowledge and experience. Quad City native Pat Miletich will share the top strategies in self-defense that he teaches military and police to help give you the upper hand on personal safety and back by popular demand, Dance-It-Out work-out phenom, Billy Blanks Jr will host a high-energy, cardio-dance workout that is fun for any age and any fitness level.
Interactive Vendors and Demos
When you walk through The Bend Xpo Center, you’ll find vendors like headlining sponsor Genesis Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, giving free screenings and helping you learn how to be proactive when it comes to injury. Nothing to Lose fitness, will help you learn work-out combinations, you’ll hear the sounds of soccer with our futsol challenge and even the squeals of laughter and fun with our inflatable obstacle courses in our Kids Zone brought to you by Midwest Activity Playdates in Moline, Illinois, and experience yoga for the whole family with return vendor Living Yoga QC.
