Local Actors and Singers to Perform

Riverbend Theatre Collective, or RTC, the Quad Cities newest theatre organization will be giving a Fundraising Holiday Cabaret on Saturday, December 15 at 7pm, at Dead Poets Espresso, 1525 3rd Avenue in Moline.

"We've just received our 501(c)(3) status," says Allison Collins-Elfline, producing Artistic Director. "This means, as a non-profit public charity, we can receive donations that are tax-deductible for the public."

RTC has just formed in the QC area, and their first season will be this coming summer 2008. Ms. Collins-Elfline will announce the company's season the night of the Cabaret, which will include two contemporary, intimate shows.

Local actors and singers Maggie Woolley, Stephanie Burrough, Julian Jarrell, Tristan Tapscott, Christine Robertson, Jill Sullivan-Bennin and Ms. Collins-Elfline will all be performing Christmas tunes as well as much-loved musical theatre pieces.
