DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 21, 2019) — Raising Cane’s will open their first restaurant in Davenport, IA. Starting at 10AM, they’ll be serving up their one of a kind menu of fresh, never-ever frozen chicken-fingers, homemade Cane’s Sauce, grilled Texas Toast, crinkle-cut French fries, and creamy Coleslaw.

To gear up for opening day, a soft-opening event was held on Monday, October 21, where Raising Cane’s teamed up with Friendly House and invited in their supporters for a sneak-peek at the restaurant, and the opportunity to support this great local organization. A lunch and dinner event were held at the restaurant and 100% of the sales are being donated in support of their mission to respond to the needs of children, families, and seniors through quality, affordable services that will enrich lives and strengthen the neighborhoods and the community of Davenport.

A check presentation with Friendly House, will take place on Tuesday, October 22, during the ribbon cutting celebration with the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce which begins at 9AM. The total amount being donated is over $5,500.

When doors officially open to the public at 10AM on October 22, the first 100 paying dine-in guests will receive a commemorative First 100 Raising Cane’s t-shirt, and a voucher for a free Box Combo to use on a future visit. In addition, Raising Cane’s will be giving away Free Cane’s for a Year to 20 lucky winners who register onsite between 8:30–9:AM. Winners will begin being selected at 9AM.
