Rock Island, IL – St. Joseph the Worker House Association wishes to announce it has received a $1,000 grant from the Rock Island Rotary to help with the organization’s Touching Families, Touching Lives program.

Ann Ring, executive director for St. Joseph the Worker House Association, said, “One Rock Island service organization reaching out to another—that’s how homeless women and children are being helped. If you know a Rotarian or two, please thank them for all the work they do behind the scenes in making positive, lasting changes in our Quad Cities. Thank you, Rock Island Rotary!”

St. Joseph the Worker House Association is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Its mission is to offer services and transitional housing for homeless women and children in a setting which is homelike, healthy, loving and supportive, and to provide connections to local services that assist families.
