Rock Island, IL: With the conclusion of wiring repairs at the Rock Island Public Library 30/31 Branch, 3059 30th Street, the branch will reopen Saturday, April 22. Regular Saturday hours at the branch are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Tuesday Toddler Tales story time at 30/31 Branch will be held as scheduled at 10:30 am on Tuesday, April 25. The event is for ages birth to five, and includes stories, songs and activities about trees, in observance of Earth Day.

The 30/31 Branch will again be a pick-up location for library holds placed after Saturday, April 22. Patrons with existing holds should call the library for more information about the status of those items on hold.
