DES MOINES, IOWA – Gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Andy McGuire will attend a meet and greet in Davenport, Iowa on Saturday, Nov. 18th at 209 South Gaines St. Davenport, IA 52802 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The meet and greet is hosted by Rep. Phyllis Thede and Jamie Woods of the Iowa Democratic Party Black Caucus. The Iowa Democratic Party Black Caucus plans to invite all candidates running for governor to meet with them and discuss important issues facing Iowa. Following the meet and greet, Dr. McGuire will attend a round table discussion focused on education with local students and teachers at the Mid City High School cafeteria, 3801 N. Marquette St., Davenport, IA 52806 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
