BETTENDORF, IOWA (October 3, 2022) — Come meet your Candidates as a group of three local non-profit organizations will be hosting a series of two Scott County Candidate Forums in 2022. The first Forum will convene Saturday, October 15, at the Bettendorf Library, located at 2950 Learning Campus Dr, Bettendorf, Iowa 52722, with all local Candidates running for Iowa State Representative.

Please join us 10-10:30AM for social time and time to meet individually with your Candidate. The Forum is 10:30AM-12PM.

Maggie Tinsman convened the group to bring bipartisan candidate forums back to Scott County. Tinsman added: “The purpose of the Forums is to ask questions of our Iowa candidates, both Republican and Democrat Senators and Representatives, regarding concerns to us. Our goal is to encourage courteous civil discourse. We urge attendees to be respectful of all candidates as well as of those asking questions or listening to the discussion. Please join us!”
