MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA (March 13, 2019) — This weekend, US Senator Amy Klobuchar will campaign across eastern Iowa, where she will meet with local residents at events in Waterloo, Dubuque, Independence, Cedar Rapids, and Davenport.
On Saturday, Sen Klobuchar will start her day in Waterloo with the Black Hawk County Democrats for the state Senate special election door knock kick-off. Sen Klobuchar will travel to Dubuque for a meet-and-greet hosted by the Dubuque County Democrats at 7 Hills Brewing Company, and then wrap up the day in Independence for a meet-and-greet with the Buchanan County Democrats.
On Sunday, Sen Klobuchar will join the Linn Phoenix Club for a meet-and-greet in Cedar Rapids and then walk with the Linn County Democrats in the SaPaDaPaSo St Patrick’s Day Parade. She will finish her weekend tour of Iowa with a meet-and-greet at Hickory Garden in Davenport hosted by the Scott County Democrats.
