DES MOINES, IOWA (February 11, 2019) — Here is information about Sen. Grassley’s schedule this week. The Senate is in session.

Sen. Grassley met or will meet with Iowans from Des Moines University, the Association of Academic Health Centers, the Beyond PINK Team, the Polk County Medical Society, the Farm Journal Foundation, the American Federation of Government Employees, the Iowa Community College Trustees, the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones, the Iowa Taxpayer Advocate, Special Olympics International, the Iowa Medical Society, the Iowa Utilities Board, Habitat for Humanity, the Iowa Veterans Home. and the Syngenta Leadership Academy.

Sen. Grassley met or will meet with Iowa families visiting Washington DC from Ridgeway, Dubuque, Ankeny, Bellevue, and Indianola.

Sen. Grassley was or will be on public affairs programs with Dave Levora on WOC in Davenport, Bob Leonard on KNIA in Knoxville, Theresa Rose on KILJ in Mt. Pleasant and Mark Hahn on KSCJ in Sioux City.

On Wednesday, February 13 at 10AM (ET), Sen. Grassley will participatein a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on nominations.

On Wednesday, February 13 at 10:30AM (ET), Sen. Grassley will participate in a Joint Committee on Taxation organizational meeting.

On Wednesday, February 13 at 2:30PM (ET), Sen. Grassley, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, will host a pen-and-pad briefing with Washington news media covering issues within the jurisdiction of the Senate Finance Committee.
