DES MOINES, IOWA (April 22, 2019) — Today, Representative Jennifer Konfrst became the second Iowa legislator to endorse Senator Cory Booker for President of the United States. In 2018, Konfrst flipped her Windsor Heights district from red to blue, running on a platform of support for public schools and infrastructure for small businesses.
