DAVENPORT — The St. Ambrose Occupational Therapy Department will collect donations of gently used assistive equipment for their Reutilization Program from April 17-21.

Items can be dropped off at the lobby entrance of the Center for Health Sciences Education, 1320 West Lombard Street.

The equipment will be given to persons with a need who are under or seeking care from the College of Health and Human Services Interprofessional Clinic or who have contacted the Assistive Technology Lab at Jim’s Place near the SAU campus.

Items needed include shower chairs, walkers, dressing sticks, long handled reachers, sock aides, other self-care assistive devices, seating cushions, manual & power wheelchairs, scooters, and recreational assistive technology devices.
