(Quad Cities, USA) - The Downtown Davenport Partnership is thrilled to announce an exciting change to the 46th Annual Street Fest presented by Cobham. The Quad-Cities’ biggest homecoming party will now feature Ribfest BBQ vendors! On July 28th and 29th, an entire block of 2nd street will be dedicated to the national and local barbeque masters.

Although the meat-lovers row has been added, you can still expect to find all the classic Street Fest vendors. From unique food trucks and carnival food to gyros and Asian cuisine, no matter what taste you have, we’ll be sure to satisfy it.

Bands at Street Fest this year include North of 40, Rolling Thunder, Jason Carl & the Whole Damn Band, Tony Hoeppner, Have Your Cake and more for a total of 13 bands. Make a point to peruse the dozens of unique shopping opportunities and enjoy one of many beverages, including featured brews from our local downtown breweries Great River Brewery and Front Street Brewery.

Davenport Parks and Recreation is proudly sponsoring the Family Fun Area this year. Head out to the grassy area in front of the Ground Transportation Center with the kids and geta kick out of the bounce houses, face painting and more.

Street Fest is presented by Cobham and sponsored by Kimberly Car City, Courtesy Ford, Fox 18 Quad Cities, OnMedia, Townsquare Media, Quad City Times, Medic EMS, Victory Store, Jim Hawk Truck Trailers, Rock River Electric, Electronic Engineering, Hyvee, Duke Aerial Equipment, Molo Quint, Dimensional Graphics, Mickle Communications, Pepsi, Iowa American Water, The River Center, Rexroat Sound, VanderGins Law, Downtown Davenport Partnership, City of Davenport, and Davenport Parks and Recreation.
