DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 7, 2024) — TDR Carriages LLC will host a ribbon-cutting on Thursday, June 27, 4:30PM, at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, located at 2815 W Locust St, Davenport, Iowa (enter Gate 5 and look for wagons, carts, carriages, and, of course, the stars of the event, Black and Deckker Percheron Horses).
Jim and Cindy Meldrum have a combined total of over 75 years in the horse industry — breeding, training, Cindy judging and competing in riding and driving. They have attended professional heavy horse team-driving clinics in the Dallas, Texas area, enhancing their professional-driving skills.
