For Immediate Release, April 4, 2018 (Bettendorf, IA) – Rivermont Collegiate will host its annual Technology Fair this Saturday, April 7, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to noon in Becherer Hall on campus, 1821 Sunset Drive in Bettendorf. The public is welcome to come and watch as students from around the Quad Cities present their projects to the judges in hopes of qualifying for the ITEC State Technology Fair in Coralville on May 3rd.

The event is a combination of student technology projects and a technology career exploration fair where industry representatives answer questions about career options in the tech field. This year’s businesses include Twin State Technical Services, the leading IT services firm in the Quad City region, Unity Point Health-Trinity, Iowa’s largest integrated health care system, and Exelon, America’s leading competitive energy provider.

Baked goods and refreshments will be available for purchase.
