DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 15, 2019) — On Saturday, February 23, 2019, Progressive Action for the Common Good (PACG) is holding its second annual membership event, Toast the Resistance.

Since Trump was inaugurated, millions have risen up against his racist, sexist, classist, and xenophobic positions in a movement that has become “The Resistance.”

Join Progressive Action for the Common Good for the Second Annual PACG Toast the Resistance Party to celebrate the continued growth and success of this movement. We will welcome new faces and recognize current activists during this membership event.

Drinks, appetizers, and dessert are on PACG. We will share in community, prizes, and fun!

As progressives, PACG empowers people to take action for positive change and social justice by coordinating a network of community forums and events aimed at educating and engaging citizens to work for the common good of all. Our core values are Social Justice, Empowerment, Diversity, Sustainability, and Community.
