DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 10, 2021) — Gilda’s Club is hosting a FREE virtual workshop for anyone impacted by cancer on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, 6-7:30PM, via Zoom.
Do you or someone you love have difficulty falling or staying asleep? Join us via Zoom to gain a better understanding of the importance of sleep and how sleep is impacted by cancer.
Gilda’s Club Quad Cities is hosting a presentation and workshop about the impact of cancer on sleep quality, as well as tips to help improve sleep practices, presented by Morgan Myers, OTDS from St. Ambrose University and Kelly Craft LISW/LCSW of Gilda’s Club Quad Cities.
This presentation will discuss:
- The importance of sleep
- How cancer is impacted by sleep
- Tips for optimizing your sleep practices
- Talking with your healthcare team
This workshop will also be broadcast via Facebook Live at facebook.com/gildasclubqc.
