UnityPoint Health — Trinity "Quad Cities PACE" Ribbon-Cutting

BETTENDORF, IOWA (July 11, 2024) — UnityPoint Health — Trinity will host a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the Quad Cities PACE program on Thursday, August 8, 4PM. They are located at 2121 Kimberly Road in Bettendorf, Iowa (former Hobby Lobby location).

Our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) helps participants live as independently and healthy as possible in their home and within the community. Learn more about PACE services, eligibility, and cost.
