DUBUQUE, IOWA (March 1, 2019) — University of Dubuque held a December Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, December 13, in Heritage Center's John and Alice Butler Hall on campus. Degrees were conferred on over 120 undergraduate and graduate students. Roger Ebertz, a professor of philosophy, delivered the commencement address, titled "Super Power, Great Responsibility."
