MOLINE, ILINOIS (June 28, 2022) — Gilda’s Club is hosting a FREE educational workshop entitled “Why Do Yoga? Benefits of Yoga Workshop” for anyone impacted by cancer on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 12:00-1:00PM at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Moline Clubhouse located at 600 John Deere Road, Suite 101, Moline, Illinois, 61265, and via Zoom.

Let’s get together and talk about yoga! Yoga can have lots of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Join Kelly Craft LVCYT, our Chair Yoga instructor, to talk about the various benefits of yoga, what to expect from Gilda’s Club’s yoga sessions, see what a couple of the poses look like, and ask any questions you have. Yoga is for everyone and we can tailor our poses to any comfort and ability level.

This program is being offered hybrid. Participants can register to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom. Registration is REQUIRED. Workshop will be held at the Moline Clubhouse at 600 John Deere Road, Suite 101, Moline, IL 61265.
