DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 10, 2020) — We all know that owning pets is good for your heart health. They keep you active, relieve stress, and help you in ways you may not even realize. Why not learn more about this mutually-beneficial relationship between pet-ownership and heart-health while drinking locally-crafted wine? This year, we are partnering with the American Heart Association to help raise awareness of the relationship between owning pets and heart health. Join us on Thursday, March 12, 5:30PM, to learn more about heart health as it relates to pet ownership, benefits of red wine for your heart, and more. Also, learn how the Humane Society of Scott County is joining the fight for heart health by getting involved in this year's Quad Cities Heart Walk and how you can join too. Special guest Jessica, from FIT Rx will be joining us as well.

There is no RSVP required for this event, and both wine and appetizers will be available for purchase.
