PELLA, IOWA (November 18, 2019) — Central College's music department will give the gift of entertainment, offering a variety of concerts centered around the upcoming holiday season.

For the 45th year, the Christmas Candlelight Concerts will highlight the month of performances. The annual event kicks off with a concert Thursday, December 12, in Des Moines, with concerts back on campus in Pella on Friday, December 13, and Saturday, December 14,

DES MOINES, IOWA (November 16, 2019) — Governor Kim Reynolds ordered all flags in Iowa to be lowered to half-staff Saturday, November 16, to sunset on the day of Justice Cady’s memorial service, in honor and remembrance of Chief Justice Mark Cady, who served Iowa with dedication and distinction as the Chief Justice of the Iowa Supreme Court.
