The Marine Corps has identified another one of the Marines pictured in this photograph as Corporal Harold Keller of Brooklyn, Iowa.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 22, 2019) — Scott County Auditor Roxanna Moritz announced today that ballots for the November 5, 2019 City/School Election are available for all precincts, including those in the City of Davenport which were delayed due to the recount of the mayoral primary election.
