DES MOINES, IOWA (July 19, 2019) — The State of Iowa is seeking and collecting information from impacted residents following the Mississippi Flooding that took place in April and May 2019. The state seeks to gather feedback on housing impacts and unmet needs experienced by residents as a result of the extensive river flooding.
