DECATUR, ILLINOIS (July 18, 2019) — Alexus Coleman of Silvis, IL has been named to the Dean's List at Millikin University for the spring 2019 semester.

Students who attempt 12 graded credits during a fall or spring semester and earn a grade-point-average of 3.5 or higher earn Dean's List honors. Students earning a perfect 4.00 grade-point-average on 12 graded-credits attempted earn High Dean's List honors.

WASHINGTON DC (July 18, 2019) — Acting Assistant to the Secretary for Rural Development Joel Baxley today encouraged farmers, rural small businesses and agricultural producers to apply for financing in a key U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) program that provides loan guarantees to help rural small businesses lower their energy costs.

This legislation would gradually raise the minimum wage to $15 by 2025 and index future increases to median-wage-growth to ensure the value does not again erode over time.
