The “Access to Genetic Counselor Services Act of 2019,” HR3235, would allow Medicare beneficiaries access to genetic counselors, who provide specialized services in medical genetics and counseling.

The “Connect America Act” would authorize a reverse-auction by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help fund the deployment of high-speed internet to the largest portion of Americans at the lowest cost.
