WASHINGTON DC (September 6, 2019) — Today, Representatives Dave Loebsack (IA-02) and Bob Latta (OH-05) introduced bipartisan legislation that would improve the accuracy of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) broadband-availability maps. The “Broadband Deployment Accuracy and Technological Availability (DATA) Act (HR 4229)’’ will improve the accuracy of FCC broadband data maps by changing the way broadband-data is collected.

WASHINGTON DC (August 8, 2019) — Representative Dave Loebsack announced today that he will be making his annual visit to the Iowa State Fair on Friday, August 9, at 11:30AM. While at the fair, Rep Loebsack will meet with fairgoers and visit the various exhibits and booths. He will also serve as the guest chef at the Iowa Pork Producers tent, hand out hard-boiled eggs at the Egg Council booth, tour the livestock barns, and meet with other groups and organizations at the fair.
