Majority Buries McCombie’s Constituent Initiatives in Subcommittee

On Monday, April 9th HB 4588 and HB 4586 were scheduled to be heard in the House Judicial-Criminal Committee, but they were not allowed to be voted on.

Springfield, IL - 4/10/2018 - State Representative Tony McCombie (IL-71st) released the following statement after common sense legislative measures to protect DCFS workers and adult protective service employees from assault were pulled and put in subcommittee to not be heard.

Gilda’s Club received a grant from the Iowa Cancer Consortium to address the unique needs of young adults 18-39 with cancer.

Bandits Bats Go Cold in 3-1 Loss

Davenport, IA — The Quad Cities River Bandits offensive explosion from Monday night did not carry over into Tuesday as the Kane County Cougars evened the series at one game apiece with a 3-1 win at Modern Woodmen Park.  Four Kane County pitchers combined to limit the River Bandits to one unearned run on just two hits.
