Washington, D.C. – Congressman Dave Loebsack will be hosting an U.S. Service Academy Day this SATURDAY, April 14th at the Bettendorf Library. At the Service Academy Day, the Navy, Air Force and Army, along with University of Iowa’s Army ROTC and Air Force ROTC, will have representatives available to meet with students and their families about enrolling and attending a Service Academy.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Dave Loebsack again introduced a resolution in the House of Representatives that would designating the week of April 16-20, 2018 as National Specialized Instructional Support Personnel (SISP) Appreciation Week. Loebsack’s resolution will honor the importance of SISP and the critical role they play in education.

Davenport, IA - State Senator Nate Boulton, Democratic candidate for Governor, will hold a second town hall focused on Medicaid in Davenport. The town hall will feature personal stories from eastern Iowans who attend the event. This town hall will be the second in a series of three that Boulton is holding around the state to make sure that Iowans’ struggles with Reynolds’ privatized Medicaid scheme are heard.
