DAVENPORT - Registration for the River Music Experience's Ellis Kell Winter Blues Camp 2017 is now open. The camp lasts for five days, December 26-30, with workshops and rehearsals from 1 to 5 p.m. each day. At the end of the week there is a performance and blues jam by the students in the Redstone Room for all of their friends and families.
