ELMHURST, ILLINOIS (February 1, 2024) — Over 950 Elmhurst University students were named to the Fall 2023 Dean's List. The Dean's List is composed of students who during the term concerned, attained a grade-point average of 3.75 or higher (out of a possible 4.00).

DES MOINES, IOWA (February 1, 2024) — State Treasurer Roby Smith is joining the National Unclaimed Property Day celebration on February 1. "Returning money to rightful owners and heirs is what Great Iowa Treasure Hunt is all about," said Smith. WASHINGTON DC (February 1, 2024) — The American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) has announced that twelve higher-education institutions have been selected to participate in the Equitable and Inclusive Curriculum-to-Career Models project.

PELLA, IOWA (February 1, 2024) — Central College recognized 408 students who were named to the Fall 2023 Dean's List.

The honor is awarded to full-time students who achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale while taking twelve or more graded credit hours for the semester.

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (February 1, 2024) — "Pseudofossils," an exhibit of works by University of Iowa printmaking professor Terry Conrad, is now on display at Monmouth College.

The exhibit in the Len G Everett Gallery on the upper level of Monmouth's Hewes Library will run through March 7, when Conrad will be on campus for a closing reception and gallery talk, beginning at 3PM. The exhibit, reception and talk are all free and open to the public.
