WASHINGTON DC (October 31, 2023) — We’re coming to the final weeks for entries to the first-ever National STEM Challenge. The Challenge will gather the power of young innovators for a chance to present their projects at the National STEM Festival in Washington DC in April 2024.

DES MOINES, IOWA (October 30, 2023) — Governor Kim Reynolds announced a new $6.5 million investment in communities to bolster tourism and quality of life through Destination Iowa. The grant initiative, which launched in 2022 with federal funding, became a state-funded initiative following approval from the Iowa legislature this year.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 30, 2023) — The titans of American classic rock ZZ TOP and Lynyrd Skynyrd have announced 36 additional appearances of their joint co-headlining tour — The Sharp Dressed Simple Man Tour. The tour kicks off on Friday, March 8, at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, with stops across the Southeast, Midwest and South before wrapping up in Corpus Christi, TX at the American Bank Center.
