ANKENY, IOWA (December 1, 2022) — The Iowa Soybean Association and Iowa Biodiesel Board have voiced their concerns over the lackluster biodiesel growth proposed by the Environmental Protection Agency in the federal Renewable Fuel Standard. The EPA released its proposed RFS volumes for 2023 and beyond on November 30.

ROCK ISLAND, ILINOIS (November 28, 2022) — American Red Cross volunteers responded to seven home fires in Galesburg (Illinois), Geneseo (Illinois), Oquawka (Illinois), Quincy (Illinois), Rock Island (Illinois), and Wever (Iowa) in the past week and provided assistance to seventeen individuals, through supplying them with basic items to meet immediate needs after a fire, and additional support in the form of health and mental-health services and one-on-one support.
