DES MOINES, IOWA (March 24, 2022) — The National Federation of Independent Business (or NFIB) here in Iowa, applauds the Iowa Senate for passing important legislation that would help fill tens of thousands of open jobs around the state. Last night, the Senate passed HF 2355, which addresses workforce issues in Iowa.

The donations are excess expired equipment from the Iowa Department of Public Safety and eighteen other law enforcement agencies across the state.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 24, 2022) — Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins announced today that her office has discovered an error in one version of the Candidate’s Guide to the Primary Election issued by the Iowa Secretary of State. “The original version of the Guide stated the last day for county candidates for the primary election to file nomination papers is Wednesday, March 30, 2022, by 5PM,” Tompkins said. “The correct date is Friday, March 25, 2022, by 5PM.,” she said.
