DES MOINES, IOWA (February 18, 2022) — Iowa Architectural Foundation's (IAF) Board of Trustees has elected CMBA Architects' CEO, Brian Crichton AIA, as the organization's new Board Chair. Crichton will serve a one-year term at the helm of the State's only organization focused on educating public audiences to understand and appreciate contemporary and historic architecture.

ROMEOVILLE, ILLINOIS (February 18, 2022) — Just over 1,400 students were honored on the Lewis University Dean's List for the 2021 Fall Semester. To be eligible for this honor, students must have completed a minimum of twelve credit hours during the semester with a grade-point average of at least 3.5 and with no "D" or "F" grades.

FAYETTE, IOWA (February 18, 2022) — The Upper Iowa University (UIU) community once again showered the University with its support during the recent UIU Giving Day celebration as more than 575 donors contributed approximately $88,000 as part of the annual event. As part of this year's Valentine's theme, couples who each graduated from UIU were asked to share their love for UIU through the Couples Giving Day challenge.

"The Ripening" will be among the featured works exhibited by Illinois artist Cindy Hellyer-Heinz at Bing-Davis Memorial Gallery at Upper Iowa University's Fayette Campus February 28-April 6.
