MOLINE, ILLINOIS (July 7, 2022) — The Moline Public Library is taking the show on the road with Opera Out of the Box, a new outreach series with performances from Opera Quad Cities. This series, featuring public and private concerts, will reach those unfamiliar with this distinctive musical genre and highlight opera as an accessible music and storytelling art form.

Munoz, a junior in biochemistry from East Moline, will share his work at the UI Summer Undergraduate Research Conference, 1-5PM, in the Iowa Memorial Union Main Lounge.

TAMPA, FLORIDA (July 6, 2022) — The University of Tampa has honored 1,912 students who were named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2020 semester. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.75 or higher to be eligible for the dean's list.

DES MOINES, IOWA (July 6, 2022) — Governor Kim Reynolds today announced her appointment of Robert Tiefenthaler as a district court judge in Judicial Election District 3B.

Tiefenthaler, of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, currently practices law as a sole practitioner in Sioux City. Tiefenthaler received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and his law degree from the University of South Dakota Law School.
