DES MOINES, IOWA (January 25, 2022) — Iowa’s seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate fell to 3.5 percent in December, down from 3.7 percent in November and 3.7 percent a year ago. The US unemployment rate dropped to 3.9 percent.
