DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 10, 2021) — Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Roxanna Moritz has announced that she plans to leave office on April 23, 2021. She said her decision was based on the numerous demands placed on her as the Scott County Commissioner of Elections during the 2020 Primary and General Elections.
