Returning to the area for its incredible 106th year, an eagerly awaited six-day festival boasting games, competitions, vendors, and concert sets by more than two dozen national and local acts returns with the 2026 Mississippi Valley Fair, its August 4 through 9 engagement at Davenport's Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds boasting, as always, grandstand performances by chart-toppers, multi-platinum sellers, and multiple-award winners.

On August 4, the Mississippi Valley Fair's grandstand stage welcomes Brad Paisley, who has earned his place in country-music history as one of the genre’s most talented and decorated male solo artists. For nearly 25 years, his songwriting and unmatched showmanship have won him numerous awards, including three Grammys, two American Music Awards, 15 Academy of Country Music Awards, and 14 Country Music Association Awards, including a highly coveted Entertainer of the Year honor and recognition as the most successful CMA Award co-host in history, alongside Carrie Underwood, for 11 consecutive years.

Keith Urban, one of the most successful and well-respected artists in the world, serves as the grandstand headliner for August 5. Over the course of his career, the country-music superstar has received four Grammy Awards, 13 CMAs (including two wins as Entertainer of the Year), 15 ACMs (including the prestigious Triple Crown for Best New Artist, Male Vocalist, and Entertainer of the Year), three AMAs, and two People’s Choice Awards, Urban has also celebrated nine consecutive gold, platinum, or multi-platinum albums which, combined, have resulted in more than 11 billion streams.

A pair of gifted country-pop singer/songwriters share the headlining bill for August 6. Jessie Murph gained popularity with the release of her RIAA certified hits singles "Always Been You" (2021), "Pray" (2022), "Heartbroken" with Thomas Wesley and Polo G (2023), "Wild Ones" with Jelly Roll (2023), and the top 20 single, "Blue Strips" (2025). She has also collaborated with mainstream artists such as Diplo, Lil Baby, Maren Morris, Gucci Mane, Teddy Swims, and Sexyy Red, among others. Stella Lefty, meanwhile, achieved nationwide prominence earlier this year following the viral success of her country-pop single "Boston,” which debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at number 95 in April and climbed to top 20 a month later. The breakout single is heavily built around a melodic interpolation of "Stick Season" by Noah Kahan, who is credited as a co-writer.In May of 2026, she released the EP Is This Heaven? featuring previously released songs, including "Boston," "Thinking 'bout You," "I Know I Know," and a collaboration with Vincent Mason, "Something to Lose".

On August 7, another pair of country-pop singer/songwriters serve as Mississippi Valley Fair headliners. With a warm vocal cut from the woods of the Pacific Northwest and an easy instinct for modern grooves, Tucker Wetmore has emerged as one of country’s most dynamic new stars. An ACM and CMA Awards-nominated singer/songwriter and headline performer who has already surpassed 1 billion career streams, the chart-topper has taken just a few years to leave a lasting mark. And having been named one of 2026’s Artists to Watch by Amazon Music and Rolling Stone, Braxton Keith has quickly become one of country music’s most buzzed-about rising stars. Keith recently released 90s-inspired "Little Bit by Little Bit," “I Ain’t Tryin’,” which was praised as "the perfect vessel to illustrate the country music virtues this up-and coming Texas traditionalist upholds” (Saving Country Music) and barstool romp “I Own This Bar” that finds him “at his most charismatic” (All Country News).

Yet another headlining two-fer, this one composed of rock artists, co-headlines the grandstand stage on August 8. Goo Goo Dolls have quietly broken records, contributed a string of staples to the American songbook, connected to millions of fans, and indelibly impacted popular music for three-plus decades. Beyond selling 15 million records worldwide, the group has garnered four Grammy Award nominations and nearly a dozen platinum and gold singles combined, and seized a page in the history books by achieving 16 number one and Top 10 hits. As a result, they hold the all-time radio record for “Most Top 10 Singles.” Neon Trees, meanwhile, received nationwide exposure in late 2008 when they opened several North American tour dates for the band the Killers. Not long after, the band was signed by Mercury Records, and their first single, "Animal,” climbed to number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number one on the Alternative Songs chart. Since their formation, Neon Trees has released five studio albums: Habits (2010), Picture Show (2012), Pop Psychology (2014), I Can Feel You Forgetting Me (2020), and Sink Your Teeth (2024). The band has also released eight EPs (two exclusive to iTunes) and 14 singles.

And on the final day of the fair, the August 9 grandstand headliners are country sensations Craig Morgan and Neil McCoy. Morgan's five studio albums have accounted for 17 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Singles charts. His highest-peaking single, "That's What I Love About Sunday," was the number-one country music single of 2005 on the Billboard Year-End charts, while six more of Morgan's songs have reached Top 10 on the country singles charts, as well: "Almost Home," "Redneck Yacht Club" (certified Platinum by the RIAA), "Little Bit of Life," "International Harvester," "Love Remembers," and "Bonfire." And the discography of McCoy consists of 10 studio albums, two compilation albums, and 39 singles. Two of his singles, "No Doubt About It" and "Wink," both reached number one on the Billboard country charts, and seven more reached the Top 10. His albums No Doubt About It and You Gotta Love That are both certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and his 1996 self-titled album is certified gold.

With the fair's August 4 through 9 events including animal shows, arts-and-crafts activities, games, parades, displays, and much more, in excess of three dozen additional area bands and performers will entertain crowds at the fairgrounds' Pavilion, Farmer's Tent, Oldies Tent, Variety Tent, MH Entertainment, and Craft Beer Tent stages.
