SIOUX CITY, IA (06/05/2013)(readMedia)-- Several area students were among the 191 students who received bachelor's degrees from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, during the college's 115th spring commencement held May 11.

The students are:

Daniel Cunningham of Bettendorf, Iowa, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in art-studio.

Allison Smith of Davenport, Iowa, received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.

Morningside College enrolled more than 2,200 full- and part-time students for the 2012-13 academic year. Morningside offers five bachelor's degrees: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Music Education. The college also offers a Master of Arts in Teaching degree.
