SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Patty Judge has spent decades fighting for Iowans while Chuck Grassley has become a leader of the partisanship and gridlock in Washington.

“Washington is broken. Congress no longer works for Iowa families, and Chuck Grassley has led the constant obstruction that has mired our Senate in gridlock,” said Patty Judge. “From supporting tax breaks for Big Oil to obstructing the Senate so that it is one of the most unproductive in history, Chuck Grassley has proven time and time again that he works for special interests in D.C., not Iowans. My pledge to all Iowans is that I will work for them every single day in the U.S. Senate.”

During the debate, Patty voiced support for protecting Social Security, lowering drug prices by allowing Medicare to negotiate pharmaceutical drug prices, and raising the minimum wage, all commonsense solutions that Chuck Grassley opposes.
