The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GQCHCC) will host its seventh Annual Gala on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Quad Cities Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf. Rosario Marin will keynote the Gala with a speech titled, “When Challenges Become the Greatest Opportunity.” Ms. Marin was appointed by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate to be the 41st Treasurer of the United States, making her the first immigrant to do so.

The Annual Gala is a celebration of the organization’s accomplishments, members, and supporters. It will feature entertainment, dinner, business awards and networking with colleagues, clients, business leaders, community partners and GQCHCC members.

Tickets are $70 for members and $80 for non-members and can be purchased online at www.gqchcc.com/2016Gala or by calling (309) 797-8650. Proceeds from the event enable the chamber to provide high quality programs, events, technical assistance, networking opportunities, and community impact.
