Happy Joe’s 5th Annual Precious Ladies Lunch is Friday, November 4th, at the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf. Doors open at 10am for a shopping boutique, followed by lunch at 11:30, and dynamic entertainers Guys In Ties.
