Healing Heroes in the Heartland, a 501c3 non-profit, invites the public to their Annual Open
House on Sunday, May 22nd from 1-3 p.m. at the Blackhawk Medical Building, 2508 25th St.,
Rock Island. The event will include refreshments, vendors, music and raffles.
Healing Heroes in the Heartland believes American veterans deserve accessible, effective
health care, given by compassionate, caring professionals. Dr. Angel Hong, DC, DABCA, and
Roxanne Dierolf, BCTMB, MR, provide such service through the holistic practices of
acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and reflexology. They work specifically with veterans and first
responders living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury
(TBI).
Come celebrate our heroes with us at the Healing Heroes in the Heartland Open House on
