EAST PEORIA, IL (07/23/2015)(readMedia)-- Illinois Central College, East Peoria, awarded diplomas and/or certificates to nearly 900 students for the Spring 2015 semester. Approximately 300 graduates participated in the commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at the ICC CougarPlex.
