Presentation from the City of LeClaire, Captain Kevin and other honorable guests to provide history, blessings and remarks in regards to this timeless vessel. Light refreshments, guided tours and commemorative gifts will be available. Historical photos and artifacts will also be on display. This is a FREE event!
