Please join us as Quad Cities Interfaith's Restorative Justice Task Force hosts this public forum to explore establishing a Scott County Mental Health Court by the end of 2016. This event will explain what mental health courts do, why they are needed, and the consequences of not having one.

There will be a brief film, followed by a  discussion with
