WASHINGTON, DC – Tonight, the Republican Legislative Campaign Committee (RLCC) congratulates Senate Republican Leader Bill Dix for reclaiming control of the Iowa state Senate and RLCC Executive Committee Member Speaker Linda Upmeyer for defending the Republican majority in the House.
