Color Yourself Happy

Rock Island, IL: If you want to color yourself happy, an adult coloring page may be the place to start. The Rock Island Library will offer a free Adult Coloring Night on Monday, Feb. 29, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in the Main Library's second floor Community Room, 401 19th Street.

Usually offered on the last Monday of each month, the library's adult coloring nights are a great way to try out this popular new hobby and meet others who enjoy it. Thought the library originally planned to offer these events through March 28, additional adult coloring nights are now scheduled for April 25, May 23, July 25, August 29, Sept. 26, Oct. 31, Nov. 28. A June date will be announced later.

Coloring pages, art supplies, refreshments, and relaxing music are provided at each event. No registration is required to attend.

For more information about Rock Island Library hours, services and programs, visit the library's new website at www.rockislandlibrary.org, call 309-732-READ, or follow the library on Facebook or Twitter.
