Join RME Staff and members Saturday for a memorial event honoring Karli Rose Kell. Moondance 2016 is in support of the Karli Rose Kell Music Scholarship, which benefits area youth by providing access to musical education and performance opportunities. Bid on silent auction items, enter for a chance to win raffle prizes, and enjoy live music from local artists. Spend the nigh jamming Friday with Jon Wayne & the Pain, too!.

The Quad City Symphony Orchestra is hosting the second session of their Masterworks series at the Adler Theatre  Saturday night. Garrick Ohlsson, one of America's greatest pianists, will grace the stage at 8 p.m. to share his rendition of Brahms' Piano Concerto #2 and more.

Chicago's own JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound will flood Daytrotter with their soulful tunes Friday night! Paralleling Otis Redding, Sam Cooke and James Brown, this show is bound to be an evening of heartful emotion and infectious grooves.

Test your knowledge with 10 rounds of trivia at the Quad City Food Hub! Grab seven of your buddies and support an amazing downtown business Saturday night from 7-9 p.m. Learn how to make your own flavored liquor during the Homemade Holiday Gifts class. Get ready for the holidays by making vanilla, limoncello and Irish cream liqueurs.

Celebrate and encourage up and coming local  artists  on Saturday. The 9th annual College Invitational will be open through January 7th, featuring 60 pieces of student work from eight area colleges. From 4-6:30 p.m. 3rd-12th graders will compete in the 3D3R Art Project, using reusable, recyclable and renewable materials. Be sure to get out and see the Lilly McElroy Controls the Sun and Other Selfeless Acts exhibit this week before it leaves, as well.

Stressed out over which Presidential Candidate you're going to vote for? No worries...the Davenport School of Yoga is coming to the rescue. Relax and reflect on your civic duty with free yoga! If you can't wait until then, the Phoenix is hosting Tippi Yogi's tonight and Me & Billy will do the same on Monday

Exercise the right side of your brain with some of the crafting classes available downtown! Crafted QC has classes every day this week focused on crocheting, holiday ornaments, and quilting. Vino van Gogh will be out and about, hosting classes at the Phoenix and Front Street Brewery this week.

Abernathy's is getting a makeover just in time for the holiday season and the shop will be closed until November 12. Dress for Success is hosting a second chance super sale this weekend. Jonathan Turner will be singing books at the German American Heritage Center this week.

Downtown Davenport will be celebrating the nation's Veterans with the annual Veteran's Day parade on November 11.  Grammy winner John Prine will be bringing his unbelievable talents and special guest Patty Griffin to the Adler Theatre on the 11th, too.
